The most efficient way to contact Instructional Technology for questions, support, or to request a consultation is to submit an RT ticket.

Submitting a ticket ensures that your question will be answered as quickly as possible by the appropriate staff member and allows the Instructional Technology Team to see and solve common issues and questions.

Request Help Find Help (FAQs) Check System Status

  • Search the FAQs: Extensive collections of how-to documentation on a wide range of technologies are available for faculty and students.
  • Request help via RT: If you need help for any technical or University related issue, you can open an RT ticket. The Technology Support Center will assign a unique ID number to your case and assign the ticket to the appropriate office.

During extended campus closure such as winter break, please allow additional time for staff response.
