UMBC began its Ultra journey in Spring 2018 when four faculty piloted Ultra with their courses. Since then, Ultra adoption has consistently increased every semester. Additionally, during the rapid transition to remote learning during the pandemic, many faculty opted to to use Ultra.
Ultra adoption is tracked through the 10th day of the new semester.
