Why Attend?
  • Share your insights on how Ultra is supporting your teaching.
  • Connect with colleagues who are also using Ultra.
  • Help us better prioritize your needs as we continue to advocate for improvements.
For more context, you may want to check out the latest Ultra roadmap from March 2025 or plan to attend our upcoming What’s New in Ultra session on May 12.

Submitting Questions:
To help us make the most of our time together, you are welcome to submit a question ahead of the session. However, this is optional, and we encourage spontaneous contributions during the event as well.
We look forward to hearing from you and working together to enhance the Ultra experience for everyone!

To RSVP for this event, please select "Going In Person" or "Going Virtually" and be sure to add the event to your calendar! Registrants will also receive a calendar invitation prior to the event.

JOINING THE SESSION

  • This event will take in person in Engineering 102 and virtually using a Webex virtual room.
  • A Webex meeting link will be sent to registered participants the morning of the listening session or you can select the "Join Online Event" button in myUMBC to attend.
This session is not a training or technical support event, though there may be opportunities to request follow-up support or schedule a 1:1 consultation with our Instructional Technology team. While some colleagues may share workarounds or tips, the primary focus will be on listening to your experiences and collecting your feedback.

Please note: UMBC is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive environment for all faculty, staff, students, and visitors. If you would like to request accommodations (e.g., ASL interpreters, captioning, wheelchair access, etc.) for this event, please notify us at least two weeks prior to the event. Requests received after that time cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to make arrangements for program access. Please contact the event host (instructionaltechnology@umbc.edu) with your specific request and be sure to include the event title, date, and time.
