Are you wondering how to make the Blackboard Gradebook work with the grading plan in your syllabus? Join us in this 45-minute Ultra webinar, where we’ll dive into the key aspects of the Blackboard Ultra Gradebook
Topics will include how to:
- Create Grade Categories: Organize your grading system to match your course structure.
- Calculate Grades: Use Total Calculations & Overall Grade settings to display students' grades.
- Customize Grades: Drop scores from grade calculations and exempt individual grades.
- Manage Grades: Access gradebook history and download your gradebook.
- Track Progress: Leverage analytics, progress tracking, and reminders to support student success.
We'll provide practical tips to help you make the most of these powerful tools. This session will be facilitated by Josh Abrams, Instructional Design Specialist.

This webinar will take place in a Google Meet virtual conference room. Enter the webinar up to 15 minutes before the start time. Visit the myUMBC post and select the "Join Online Event" button to join the Google Meet session.
